::Incompetence front office staff, ask few question on documentation and collateral needed they can’t answer and “Tai Chi” you to another que to another que and recommend “You try dulok” attitude!!!! But the senior customer service officer very good so kudos to them. Ought to replace or retrain the front office staff it’s redundant to have “human” but unable to answer or facilitate enquiry!!! A simple enquiry need to be answer in a short effective way
