  Room is spacious and comfy but need to improve on its upkeep. Staff service is fair. Location is great with many eateries around. Would recommend for a short layover in Tawau.

  Nice hotel, the place is good enough to bring kids with you. Breakfast is good too. Overall nice place

  strategic location, walking distance to many other site like pasar gantung, pasar tanjung; near restaurant, mart and masjid. room is clean, comfy. friendly receptionists.
