  Really good.The people are very friendly although they can be a bit confused at times.And movies are always on time and sometimes they screen the movies earlier 😊.

  The environment is good but some of the theatre dont have cooling ac. Staff are well trained but yet some of them need to be more trained fr good customer service ethic

  Used to be a value for money...now....go there if don't have any other options

  The hall condition is clean. Lucky during the visit is not too crowded. The staff is helpful since this is out first visit. The customer will have discounted price with membership card, which anyone can apply for free. So, since the first experience was good, we're looking forward for next movie here at MBO cinema, Harbour Place. Plus point for this cinema is they have waiting area with table and chairs. And with massage chair. Spacious lounge area. Snack were sold at two counter, 1 is main area and one near waiting areas. Now back to cinema and screen... the seating is ok, not too small for chubby person like me, the screen also big. Hopefully next time we can try their 3D movies too. 😘

  Good place to watch popular movies because the cinema halls are seldom filled up. The cinema halls are on the 7th floor. The mall is very quite with very few shops open, so not a good idea to hang around here except to get a bite
