::Now i am rating only the telephone customer service. Actually just now I called Mp travel & Tours sdn bhd to get information about the Singaporian visa, and there was a girl who is really rude and unhelpful. I Wanted to get the requirements to write it down and she was rudely saying " i already told you that" i told her again can you please repeat that to me because i want to write it down!! and she was rudely refusing 👎🏼
