  Terrible,terrible,terrible. They don't have this and are out of that; they either never sold this or haven't seen that. They assign othistic staff on customer service while some of their staff play computer games on duty.Never take orders from them because they are bound to lose it. Some of their shelves are broken and decorations are outdated. Hopeless...

  I've bought a few book from here but I would like to suggest that they have a facility to open the wrapping so that ppl can see the content of the books. Most of the books I came across are all wrap and when I request it to be open my request was denied.

  The books are organised well and the choices have expanded much more since last time. But it still not enough..

  I usually go to bookstores to buy Thea Stilton books. I started reading Thea Stilton in 2013, so I wanted to buy the book which published earlier. In MPH 1 Utama, they only have the latest book and not the earlier books.
