::I think the staffs were probably insulting me when I was reading at the classics section. Nobody at customer service/cashier were smiling or showing professional attitude and gesture in any way. Beside the basic and formal etiquette of the staffs that are very disappointing, I did found the books that I had been looking for a long time, in which in most smaller branches bookstores, they rarely has any stock available (eg. works by Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Joyce, just to a name a few.) That is all I think.

::For avid readers of scholarly works who are having a hard time finding serious titles in major bookstores, MPH NU Sentral is one of those rare gem of a bookstore who found the delicate balance in being a retail bookstore while boasting an adequate collection of scholarly titles. Local interest and Asian section should attract most urban and educated readers while the history, philosophy, and economic section can satisfy pretty much any interested audience whatever their background may be. I have to say the religion shelf is not up to par with others.

::One of my favorite place for book shopping. The shop is huge and filled with many choices of books, but Chinese books are not much. Seats are provided for visitors to rest but it's very limited. Shop also provide printing and Internet use with accepted fee. General service such as gift wrapping and touch&go card reload are here too. Some staff are friendly; but some are annoying by blocking my way and keep following me like a promoter. Another star I'm holding on is the price is little higher compare to most book shop.
