  its a good place amd well equipped. Staff are very friendly. If you are a foreigner and not used to Malaysian weather and temperature, I would advise to pace down as the body temperature will rise rapidly and wont be able to workout. Take it slow and you will be fine. They provide a locker so you can keep things like bags. They dont have shower facility. They have 1 toilet. You can buy cold bottled water.

  Good place to workout. Decent equipment.
