::The building itself looks promising. However a tour inside might be disappointing. Then again it depends on what you are looking for. There were some exhibition on Muslim civilization and history. Some artifacts are on display and there are also replicas. A bigger portion of the museum was on the late Menteri Besar of Kelantan, Tok Guru (Grand Master) Nik Aziz. It was a rather detail history of a great leader.

::Not really designed for tourists given a lot of the signs are in Malay with very poor or no English translations and no deeper explanation for those without previous knowledge of Islamic history. Upstairs is dedicated to a religious figure but all signs in Malay only

::Muzium Islam (Museum Islamic) Kota Bahru, the capital of Kelantan, located at the east peninsular Malaysia. Many considered it to be the most conservative state in Malaysia. It's a state which pays high respect to preserving culture and religion, which is why you can find many museums and handicraft well preserved for visiting. Muzium Islam/Dewan Syurga (Museum Islamic) is located across the Bank Kerapu and open daily from 8.30am to 4.45pm except Fridays.
