  I came here to the Cheras Sentral outlet because the promo was reasonable. Rm48 for refreshed mani and pedi. I couldn't understand the difference between refreshed and basic pedicure because the staff didn't look too initiative to assist. It's okay. I didn't mind that. The pedicure was done nicely. She was also patient with me choosing the right color. The problem starts when she left dirt and stuck cloth lints all over my nails before she started to apply nail colors on my finger nails. She applied colors on my dirty nails. Obviously, it made me concerned. I told her that she might need to redo my nails but instead, she applied more layers on my nails. Another mistake was, she didn't insert the sponge toe separator on my fingers - causing my nails to touch each other! She knew I wasn't happy with the manicure yet she remained quiet and not concerned. After payment I advised her not to do this mistake because it will not make customers satisfied. Surprisingly, she looked careless as if it's not her concern. Can't believe a salon staff doesn't bother about applying color on dirty finger nails. Not coming anymore.

  Provide variety of services. Staff was nice and the most important is that they are not rushing ti finish you up unlike others nail salon. Can seat back and relax with their massage chair while enjoying their nail services.
