  My sis in law had taken a hard fall on her knee, she had to wait 4 hours in the emergency ward to get her x Ray done and for us to see a glimpse of the doctor. The doctor in charge was a slow half past six person who literally didn't care about my sister in pain as he chatted with the nurses and other doctors, and caused us so much time, waiting because the insurance company said GL can't be given the first time we submitted the details because of the lack of I given by the doctor to the insurance company. OMG, this the WORSE hospital I have ever been to in my years alive. Even the government hospitals showed more care towards their patients. NEVER EVER go here, especially for emergencies at night!! They make you wait so long, you could literally drive to a better more seasoned hospital half an hour away and get admitted in half the time.

  The worst hospital ever. Staffs are unhelpful and keep asking me to pay first. If we DO NOT HAVE MONEY we wont go to the private hospital. and I paid for a VERY GREAT price tapi dapat makanan yang cost MYR 1.

  The worst ever service I hv received from any organisation. The staffs are so unfriendly n show no empathy to sick people. Show displeasure faces when request for help or service. More interested in bills n charges n signing of letters and forms. Made to feel as though we are there at their mercy for services,firgettung that we r their paymasters. No way I will ever step into this hospital even though its jz 3 mins away from my place. Earlier my mum n daughter was taken to this hospital n service was bad. Gave them benefit of doubt but I was definitely wrong. Worst ever hospital service.

  Went today for ENT Treatment for ears dewaxing .Dr Siva friendly .Happy with his service

  Not professional at all. If you want quality healthcare services, look elsewhere. This is definitely not the place. Some doctors are there just to milk money from you. Not concerned of your well being, whether your body can take it or will it help you recover. Overdoses of medication is normal here. No mental healthcare. Doctor was rude to patient and told him he's on his last moments of life and best to call everyone who's close and tell them that he will die soon. Even if the patient is going to die, NO DOCTOR will tell this directly to the patient's face. That doesn't help him. Everyone will die one day but giving them a negative comment like this will diminish any little hope that a person has for life and the patient will definitely be depressed and not willing to live. Hope and miracle happens without medication. Doctor's intervention is only to help with the pain and try to mediate the condition with medications. Rest is always miracle which is beyond our control. How can this doctor tell a patient that start preparing for your funeral as your days are numbered ? Seriously, in this day and age, I've not met a doctor like the one I've seen there. Please invest your time and money in another medical centre or hospital. I was with a patient in the Oncologist department's doctor. Oncologist doctor thinks she can predict a human's life. Worst treatment ever. No stars for this medical centre.
