  Stayed here because i missed my flight. It looks nice from the outside. The room is big and spacious, but rather old and the light is really dim. It has lots of facility such as swimming pool (its a resort, what do you expect). There's really nothing around the area, only a mall which is under construction. The food was fine.

  Comfortable and nice ambient. But poor customer service. Room door was faulty and it take hours for them to look on it. No replacement room given.

  This healing hot springs offers great relaxing place. The water here has lowest sulphur content in the world & water is filtered through 4 sand & stone therefore according the inhouse guide the water at hot spring is drinkable. We took a private jacuzzi for an hour, got it at discount RM 50.00. Entrance fee is separate ya !. From ticketing counter u could get on tram to spring site which is about 500m away.
