  I went to Ossetto after long. I was so surprised by massive change. They charged rm 169 for 24 hours and the service was so bad compared to what it used to be previously. The clothes were discolored and torn. The towels are discolored. The food quality became extremely poor and less variety of drinks. Very very very bad compared how it used to be. Not wasting my time again. Better to stay in a hotel and enjoy jacuzzi and sauna

  One of the best SPA facilities for guys, with 3 big spa pools and gym facilities. One stop centre to relax and wind down. Food is available 24 hours.

  This place was amazing. Went with girlfriend. 6 hours 2 meals 90 minute massages spa steam room and then laid down in theatre for a movie and it all came out to about $100 USD

  Don't go to Ossoto, please. You will regret it. We have been a fan and went there for a few times.The price was 70-80, then went up to 80-90, then now is 168++. It's ok if they increase the price to provide better service and quality, but instead, service and facilities wasn't improved. 168++ is included 20credits but there is so much restrictions to use the credit. Not sure what is your new management strategies but all the best. Won't come back anymore. 😒
