  I have visited this spa several weeks ago. My first comment is that most of the high rating reviews are misleading. It was a very bad experience. The lady who massaged me was about 50+ years old from Indonesia. She confessed that she has only 3 months experience and no formal training. When I asked her how did she learn massage. She answered," I remember when I was young my grandfather used to massage me!" NOT RECOMMENDED.

  Good clean massage/day spa venue in Bangsar, but very expensive by Malaysian standard. But then again, it is in a posh, wealthy neighbourhood. If it's sports massage or real quality massage to soothe the pain away that you are seeking, this is it. Look no further. They totally deliver. The package price is definitely cheaper. Will consider returning if on business trip again.

  It was a painful experience for my partner and I. Our masseuses were both too firm. We thought that after the massage we would benefit from the experience but our muscles were very sore (today is Day 3 after massage and still painful). We selected the place because of the ratings on trip advisor. There was however great hospitality from the receptionist and Kathy (I think the owner) and even the two Ladies who gave us the massages but I believe they could both benefit from some personal development opportunities that will guide them in providing a better service.

  Enjoyed a relaxing service with Vigi as my therapist. She was attentive and highly experienced. Great relaxing atmosphere and felt very looked after.

  I booked a spa day for my parents and they said it was one of the best spas they have been to. Definitely a 5 star place! It is clean and very calming.The staff went above and beyond to pamper them! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Thank you once again, Kathy! Really appreciate everything!
