::I was a regular customer in parkson. I have purchased a polo brand bag on 14/2/18. Anyhow in one day I have founded there is some quality effect and I wanted to make the exchange today. Unfortunately I have missing my previous tax invoice too. I have directly go to parkson at 6.45pm to find the sales girl but unfortunately there is no staff around. I quickly go to find other sales assistant to ask where could I find store manager's. She said I don't know sir and she walk to cashier counter to ask them but the answer from them is " there is non of store manager or supervisors that around" .They like not approach me well and ask me to go customer service. So i went to customer service to tell what happened and would like to make the exchange . But what was happened was so terrible. So I'm was wondering how there can managed without a standby duty managers at that time ! How if some other matters that related to see manager's? Until the end they never solve my problem and ask me to come tomorrow! Do parkson staff think I have so much time to come always come there? Im coming far away from Butterwoth and I have wasted my car oil , tol payment and back home without nothing and asked me to come tomorrow ! I purchased at parkson because I need something that really quality items, if one day damaged products mean I rather go to night market's !Poor customer service! I'm was so regret to shopping there.

::Nice things to purchase, however the staff harassed me so much I left the store early. They know how to make a customer stressed, not good service.
