  There is only one guy and a lady doing visa, have been trying few hours calling them and to just try to get someone do my visa. Not only did they not bother to call back after 2 rounds of messages left and apparently they are always engaged! If your business is so good by just doing visa, then you should hire more capable staff

  I emailed to ask about the price before I went there to do my travel visa. But in the end, the amount I paid is different from what I was being offered. The guy was then told me that they have some adjustment on the price but he forgot to update in the system. That's why he sent me the wrong info. BUT, he don't feel sorry at all and his attitude is very bad. I will never visit this agency anymore!

  10D7N Europe Bonanza: Great holiday! - A five-star trip. Superb service; walks outstanding planned with well organised tour leader Mr. Steven Tay - a very professional tour leader, knowledgeable, humble, easy going and definitely he's a 'tour leader' asset to the organization. This package was absolutely excellent with value for money and will recommend to others. Overall rating includes food, accommodation and place of interest (visited all places in the itinerary) was flawless. Thank you for your excellent service and we will come back soon!
