  The hotel room is quite nice and clean,housekeeping is consistent in terms of quality. There is a free breakfast for 2 at the cafe and the food is mediocre and redundant

  Executive suite room. Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast bad. Bathroom basic amenities.

  Dear PR team, Recently I had a conversation with Miss Arlin from the finance department regarding a refund of my debit card payment. The above mentioned had been behaving rudely and disrespecting me by rushing with her conversation and hanging up the phone. As part of the hospitality industry! This is totally wrong for a hotel staff to miss treat a customer. I am extremely upset with the way how your staff handled my case. The management should take action as this will trash your hotels reputation and I may or may not take this case publicly through social media if I don’t get a response from the managing department which is in charge of customer care.

  I was suppose to spent 3 nights but after the first night I check out. Wake up in the morning with back pain. The bed was terrible. Aircon was not working. Bathroom was not nice either. First and last time sleeping there.

  Old hotel with a nice premise. Just lacks management that would make it a class act. Location is good for overnight travel with easy access to the highway or Penang bridge
