  The government office that you pay your quit rent once a year if you own property in KL. The staff are helpful, we ask information in the ground floor then went to 1 floor to pay your bill, they printed our bill to pay. Didn't have to wait too long. There are not enough parking available, so is better to take taxi or mass transit.

  Parking so limited for public. Helpdesk & customer service not friendly. You kinda will 'get lost' when entering this building.

  I'm luck, met few friendly and willing to help officers. I told them my situation, then they slowly and clearly explain to me how to solve my situation. Even that problem is not under their department. Really wanna thanks them.
