::Good to-have convenient for surrounding residentials. Courier services, bill payments, license renewal etc. Small lot but sufficient. If the queue no. is long, one can walk around & return later ... at your own risk though. Perhaps it'll be good to have few queue no. panel at Giant supermarket for a 5 stars convenient.
