  Staff is not that friendly. Food is ok. No black pepper and cheese powder for the soup. But the pizza is surprisingly delicious.

  Was heading back home hungry then I drove by to see pizza hut with the RM5 for pizza. Ordered mine for takeaway. Waited for almost an hour just for a freaking pizza. Few other customers were there too. One of them was frustrated so he left and asked for a refund. None of the servers even bothered to tell us what was going on until I asked one of them. They way he told us that the oven was not working pissed me off. Not even bothered to say sorry. One looks like a rookie who does not know customer hospitality, he only knows how to cut the pizza. Theres the lady at the counter, whose like a superwoman trying to sort everything from orders and fixing the oven. Because the 2 men at the back looked like idiots who dont even know how to operate the oven. Luckily I was patient, got my pizza after nearly an hour. Counter lady only said sorry, didnt even compensate with like a voucher or anything. Pathetic.
