  THE WORST. I’ve called plenty of times yet hung up. I dont know what you guys doing. CANT EVEN ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. IM BUSY AS WELL, BUT I HAVE THE TIME TO ANSWER A PHONE CALL

  I thought it would open at 8 so I waited just outside the door, obviously with a Pos Laju envelope. Workers came to work but nobody bothered to tell me to go opposite the road to the larger Pos Laju office, which opened at 8. I waited for another ten minutes and a worker pulled down the shutter door without talking to me. But looking at the reviews later on, I was grateful I did not post my item there as this branch seemed to be very slow in processing deliveries.

  Review for this location only. Very slow and sluggish service. Don't bother calling their telephone number, they will pick up and hang up every single time. Public service at its worst!

  Eventhough the first few calls were unanswered, finally one call got through, and the postage was delivered to receiver's place the next day as promised. Giving four stars to say this is what everyone wants, which is good customer service and not empty words. Keep it up!
