::The one star rating is not for the front counter as their service is good and efficient. The only thing here I don’t really understand that I’m sending parcel via pos laju and there are 3 people waiting in line. 1000 is for people opting for sending parcel and pos related matters and 2000 is for bills payment etc. I have to wait for 20mins to get my turn to send my parcel. Looking at the queuing number monitor, preferences is all 2000 numbers. People that came later than me, immediately get their turn to go to the counter. What about the people that came early before them? Is bills payments matter a priority in Pos Malaysia? You are the national portal delivery service in Malaysia. That’s your priority!!! At least serving the people that came early/first come first basis!!! Overall bad experiences every time I come here!!!

::Same problem- nobody pick up the phone! Trying to call for three days. Have two undelivered item notices and wanted to make an appointment for other delivery time. Instead of that have to go there to take it myself. The worst post service in my experience. Previously I lived in four different countries and didn’t have such problems!

::Call many times, morning and afternoon. Phone picked up but put down immediately. If put phone contact on website, must answer calls

::Counter efficiency wise, quite OK. But staff never pick up call. Everything has to be done personally instead

::Came by motor, can park motor temporarily at the alley beside POS office. Helpful staff. Can get envelope from minimart just beside the POS office in case you didn't buy one beforehand.
