::The services here are quite fast, they can settle about 20numbers in half an hour. I still like to go this branch compare to others like BK5 Giant, Enquire Park Aeon etc. Jz sometimes there are crowded, staffs are not in good mood in answering questions. But they'll still guiding you how to wrap parcel politely.

::Tried to contact them for more than 10 times. It keeps saying "line busy"and when it finally isn't, no one picks up at all. Terrible terrible service. Such a shame

::The admin that attend me are very polite and courteous. I have issue on how to submit my registered parcel (this is my first time using AG card service) During rush hours however, you might not get friendly services :)

::This place although left notice of attempted delivery, they were not curtious to me when I went to the office to claim my package. They did not even offer to redeliver package since it was already paid as such. Package was not released to me but returned to sender as attempted delivery / abandoned parcel. Policy is to attempt delivery 3 times before returning package. This agency only attempted delivery once before returning my package. That is unacceptable to many customers and to any company as this produces many unnecessary hardship and cost. They did not release parcel and I did not abandon parcel as stated by them to Company under (Reason for return). There policies need major revision and other means of addressing customers whom they forget are the reason they are here to begin with. Serving the public, assuring delivery of all parcels and making customers feel wanted as that is what makes a return customer and keeps businesses alive.
