  Do not be fooled by the pictures in their website. Looks nothing like this. The rooms are disgusting! This hotel is so run down, need to invest in getting the place done up. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. No excuses, the administration did nothing to improve the situation! Never reserve this hotel at anytime

  Old building but well maintained. I booked the prime suite. Adequately big and spacious for 3. Room service was good. The only drawback in the rooms are, limited power points. Otherwise good room.

  The hotel was there since many years back, but it's still well-maintained & maintain good service, can't compare with those in the big cities, but with the affordable price, it is still the best choice in Kluang!

  Well organized. It would be better if the f&b can put the list of the items of the food will be served.

  Lobby was deserted. Staff not friendly. F&B staff at level 6 was nice and helpful.
