::Great service center. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces during peak hours.

::There is no special service for expectant mothers though a counter (no 5) clearly indicates it. The staff who handed out queuing ticket must be new. A normal ticket was handed to the expectant mother. Then the expectant mother went to counter 5 but was denied the service coz the staff at counter 5 had pressed the queue number. What a shame to Public Bank service.
