  Worst customer service experienced !! Bank staff must be sleeping when typing agreement form. So much delay and time wasted !

  Called from 930am until 950am. Finally someone picked up my call. I asked for the person to wait so as i can write down the hire purchase phone number. She just kept quite since then. Firstly, why can't she just transfer the call to hire purchase department? Appreciate if the hire purchase department phone number is available so as I, a customer, can have a smooth transaction.

  Please give all your HP customer service under KPI as nobody is picking up the phone to assist customer.

  SLOW SERVICE FOR NO 5 - CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please increase more officers for number 5 service, not the deposit/withdraw service. We don't need more than 6 counters for money service. We need more counters for other non money service ie card renewal. I don't understand how this system works. All I know is they suck. I have to wait an hour just for 3-5 people queue ahead of me because of SLOW and A FEW counter for customer service.
