::才3点多而已，客服柜台华裔小姐心很像已经下班了，我跟她说我要开宝宝定期户口，她很不客气的说你有带宝宝出生证吗？我说有啊，你有带身份证吗？我很想答她有谁出门不带身份证的？废话。。然后说有工钱单吗？我问需要工资单吗？她很不客气的说话，我已经不想听了。。我说没关系了，她很快就回答。。好。。很像不想人去开户口那样。。pablic bank员工如此服务态度。。迟早没人去。。一个星都不想给的，可是一定要一个星才可评论,一个星是勉强给的。。😡😡

::Spacious customers waiting hall, very clean and conducive environment. Staff are professional and efficient thus provide excellent service. There system is good. Seldom offline. Though there are big crowd, I usually get served in a reasonable time frame. I am satisfy with their customer service. I have no complaints about their front office service but I am not sure of their back office service.
