::Dear Public Bank, Just to inform your staff named Kamini from Langkawi branch has no menace, she is rude, sleepy (truly aware that Langkawi is starting to rain NOW) and sounded like chewing food while talking on the phone with costumers. She needs more training in how to answer the phone and how to handle the costumer needs. By not providing more info about loan provided by your bank it is really HELPFUL. Thank you.
