  Not very satisfied of the service. The barber seems like they don't like to hear our demands One of the worse barber will be the shirt hair woman, around 30-40s if not mistaken. Fail to cut my hair evenly and the length between my front hair and back is so big that it's so hard to wax. After this experience I would rather choose an RM30+ with better quality and personal attention than this cheap, but bad quality and experience.

  Had one of my worst haircut ever. First of all the vending machine accepts EXACT amount of RM17 only, with a big NO CHANGE written. It's still excusable if it's RM10 or RM15 but who expects people to carry RM17 exactly? Now comes the main part, the staff is super rude and rough throughout the whole process, felt like i'm being handled like a piece of meat or object. The outcome was totally horrible. I asked for some minor trimming but she went on with the shaver all the way, leaving me with an awful short hair. Total disaster. Stay away from this place at all cost!!!!! p/s: totally regretted not reading previous reviews before stepping in.

  I made the terrible misfortune of stepping into this shop. The lady with the cropped short hairstyle who cut my hair was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. Worse still, when I returned home I noticed my hair was cut unevenly, with longer strands sticking out. Stay away from this outlet at all costs!

  Horrible place never go there even if you cut your hair by yourself. Very bad attitude and extremely rude. The service is absolutely terrible.

  Never go there, not even once...bad service and terrible attitude. I would recommend you any barber over that
