  Pros: *Great prices on the lenses and frames. Anywhere from 10-30% cheaper than the next cheapest competitor. Cons: * Not always the best selection. They'll have many models, but within each usually not the best colors or design are available. * Eye-tests are rushed and very amateurish. They're obviously more interested in keeping the bucks rolling in. * Very poor QC. They either never check the glasses that come back from the supplier, or they do but just pass it on to the customer in hopes that they won't notice any defects. It's up to you to do your homework and check to make sure. My lenses came loosely fitted. One of the staff actually wanted to shrink wrap my RM2000 frame by heating it and reshaping it to the size of the lens! Luckily I was sharp enough to call in another more senior staff member who agreed to send it back to Nikon and have a new lens re-cut from Japan. Until now I still don't have full confidence that my lens was done properly even after the re-cut. The two sides look very different in thickness even though they are similar in power. Which brings me to my next con. * A lot of the staff here are pretty ah-beng family members just to attend to the sheer volume that comes in here on the weekends. Overall, understand that you're getting a pretty good discount but at the cost of QC. They are able to give you this because of the large volume of business transactions going through here which necessarily means a dilution in quality per transaction. So be wise and do your checks thoroughly.

  I have been going to this shop for over a decade and it speaks for their excellent customer service that is friendly and warm. Once I brought in a pair of glasses which I made elsewhere and they fixed a nose-bridge for me at no charge. Oh no their selection for frames and sunglasses are awesome too!

  Good hardware for optometry, good advice for choosing the best (progressive) lenses, good advice to choose the appropriated frame to the capacity of the lenses (=optimisation). Boss has 30 years professional experience at your service. Customer service good what else can you expect more ? So I recommend it highly
