  Worst RHB service ever. At 1139hrs I came, The person in-charge has just left for break. Was told to come back at 1430hrs. Came by at 1435, came to see the person, no greetings! Its fine. Wanted to link the account I just opened online. But again, told to come back on monday..due to card issuance issue. I asked to link the account. Oh..can't, I hv to go back to the place where I initially opened my account which is 6-7 hrs drive. Problem here is; 1. Zero own product knowledge by staff 2. Zero interest customer service I tought RHB says hassle free?😅
