  Quite different from the website. It's quite run down and a but grungy. Food was below average. Friendly staff though.

  My fave hotel when im at kl. Its near to harvey normal flagship store at IPC and Ikea Damansara.

  The hotel is nice, asked for soft copy invoice through phone call. Still have not got it. I think it is somewhere across the universe

  Spacious room though slightly run down and could use some maintenance ie water damaged ceiling and dusty air vents. Door staff and restaurant friendly but receptionists were not. Don’t bother with breakfast, plenty of cheaper and tastier options nearby.

  Very nice old style hotel for everything. Be it the decoration of the rooms and the common parts. The very stylish staff dressed so rigorously that it goes almost unnoticed but with a very colonial kindness. The very large rooms are also old and there are things to review as the Wifi not powerful, bedding too hard with cushions too thick and in the bathroom there is nothing to hang his clothes, to believe that do you have a time when we brought a new one between the evening shower and the morning shower? The restaurant offers a breakfast with a huge choice for all English speakers but for the others the minimum of a 4 star and we gave up dinner in the evening on the terrace because after 10 minutes of personal waiting has come to propose us even though apart from the commercial greetings from a senior official who has not been concerned.
