::Not efficient at all especially report made during midnight. Police sounds like just woke up from sleep and cannot even handle case thru phone and we have to repeat many times. One question they repeat asking many times as their mind still in dreamland. The worst is if they know the case will be complicated they will just put down the phone and ignore
