  Good apartment and view however it was VERY hard to find. We felt uncomfortable and like we were getting ripped off. Be very cautious

  this is not a hottel! that a residential building with 4 towers!

  Magnificent view, luxurious rooms. However, we had a rather severe issue collecting our luggage from the storage room. Even though we notified the management company of arrival time, nobody met us at the lobby nor picked up the phone. The security guard only agreed to let us in the building when we told them that we're going to call the police. When we made it to the management company office, we've already lost half an hour, furthermore the management company made us wait for extra 15 minutes while they were retrieving our luggage from the storage room. We almost lost our flight because of this.

  One of the best places to spend your nights and days in KL. Super clean; amazing facilities; high security. The only problem we had was with the toilets. They smelled awfully bad and we had to leave the toilet windows open to get rid of the foul smell. Since we were out almost all day we didn't really bother to call the office, but I am positive that if we did, they would have done something about it promptly. The very nice staff even kindly agreed to store our excess luggage in a room at the office (for free) so we could travel to Langkawi hassle- (and luggage) free.
