  I had their value set meal on a weekday afternoon. For RM16 I had their pork and rice set, which comes with miso soup, refillable tea, chawan mushi/onsen egg, ice cream and watermelon. There were many other options for the main dish which you could choose from. Taste was good and it was very filling. Service was fast. The place is nicely air conditioned and well situated next to Penang Plaza so it was easy to get a taxi. Overall it was a nice meal and I will be back here again.

  1st time come... thing is not cheap but worth the price, limited car park area but it's okay... Food 4* -base on my order, im statified with it... Services 4* -good services but lack a smilling face, would be rate for 5* if any one of you could smile while walk to customer. cleaness 4* -dont know why i cant give 5* enviroment 4* -you should come n feel your self... Price 3* -will, it's yes and no, because this shop served with quality not quantity so... worth the price... Overall 4* rated Update 1: this is the 2nd time i visit this shop, found that taste of food isnt as good as it should, so i re-rated my star... dropped star from food and services. Food star drop to 2* because today i order 2 set and 1 side dish, taste is just soso, cant matching quality at all. Services dropped to 2* as well because after my main dish up, i reorder 1 spicy selmon skin and empty plate, but the empty plate serve later after the selmon skin... how come an empty plate is more harder to get or took longer time then selmon skin?

  This is a great place to sit back and relax for a while. Quietly lined up along a busy road. Quality of food and service good. Tasted good. Priced reasonably within budget. We will be back.

  Nice decor. Almost Japanese. Typical Malaysian service meaning the waitress not quite sure of her role. Green tea was weak and lukewarm. Tempura under-cooked; probably due to oil not hot enough. 'Rice balls' appeared to be pre-prepared. Served without wasabe or dipping sauce until I asked. I had Salmon Miso soup. Every.Single.Morsel.of.Salmon was at least 50% bone.

  Green tea series is quite an attractive option for green tea lovers. Their green tea series have very strong and genuine taste of green tea. From ice cream to drinks, love them all. Their Japanese bento is very big portion with a reasonable price, on the high price side. 😬
