  I have been coming here for years - from when Somerset was just a fledgling business, while it was run with and without the founder around and now under new ownership. I admit, I am not an "easy to please customer" as I tend to compare any business to our own businesses' standards (service and professional conduct). But I do like what I experience at Somerset with my mani- & pedicure and waxing! Yes, there were a few blips (like there are in every business) but overall the atmosphere is pleasant (not like those stuffed up "establishments" frequented by unbearable "socialites"), the service is absolutely courteous and professional and rarely will you encounter a more stylishly performed waxing taking a lot off the unpleasantness that this procedure includes. Keep it up and grow, Somerset! I enjoy your services ✌

  I went here for a mani pedi, I was looking for a place to relax in but this place has as much ambience as a bathroom. The lady I had for my pedicure, Michelle was lovely and I was able to relax, the massage for my pedicure was really good and she took her time. Then Cindy joined to do my manicure, as soon as she came over she started pushing for my to add this add on and that add on, quick dry for 8rm, shinier nail Polish (looks no different) for 10rm each, scrub.. this and that.. I couldn't relax anymore and didn't enjoy the experience.

  I did the Brazilian waxing here and it is horrendous. I don't think they care much about hygiene. The staff is not professional and she took such a long time and her work is not smooth. and I had pimples all over. Do not come here.
