::Was not a pleasant experience for me.. the girl who waxed me was being pushy- kept asking me to sign up for an IPL contract. I declined politely but after the session at the exit i was asked to reconsider, when i declined again the lady at the desk showed a face.. and on top of that I don't speak good mandarin, i kept asking them to repeat the price in english but they kept replying in mandarin, it was a brief embarrassing moment for me because they were giggling amongst themselves at the counter while speaking mandarin as i made a mistake in my mandarin language while making payment. Not being sensitive, but i felt that the customer service could be better instead of the robotic manner they served- being pushy and sneering when i declined. Definitely My first and last at Strip klcc.

::Got the feeling the girl waxing me had some attitude. First time I experienced pain from areas that had been waxed for 15 years. Upper lip was red and stinging when I left.. asked for some soothing or cooling lotion to be applied. She said already applied and offered me to buy a bottle. Lol no thanks I said. Won't be using KLCC Strip anytime soon, unfortunately.
