  Uninspiring showroom and personnel. Clearly far behind just about any of their competitors. I'm convinced they're not serious about this business. Its ashame that for a marque like Subaru, they are so badly represented here in Malaysia. And then they go insisting a schedule of service requirements within warranty period that basically is as good as having Subaru owners pay for the warranty and then some more. Though, on papers and reviews, the Subaru cars seems spot on, the entire experience at the showroom completely wiped out the tiniest bit of interest I have to even move one step forward towards further evaluating their products serious let alone owning one.
