I did stay here last week on 7-8 april 2018..what i could say for 3 star hotel is they are not worth the star..firstly,at the counter during check in their staff did not show good courtesy as they show their bad face while handling guest..parking also very limited as i have to park far from the lobby..and the most unacceptable part is when i enter the room to find out that bedsheet is dirty with black spot and the room condition is poorly maintained...my sister who take family room did not even get water kettle and towel..when she ask for it at the counter they promised to give it to her room but they did'nt untill our check out time...the only good comment is on their breakfast..i think even not so varieties but their menus all are delicious credit to their chefs...i hope hotel management will improve their facilities if they want to retain their 3 star standard

Acceptable for budget hotel. Slightly smelly but having location close to AEON is a plus.

There is no way I can recommend this hotel to anyone. If I remove the single star I would. I have reasonable expectations for the money I spend. I expect a budget hotel to have small rooms, with a small bathroom and just basic amenities because that's what we paid for. But budget doesn't mean dirty. The rooms were not properly cleaned. I suspect the bed sheets were reused. There were half full bottles of mineral water bottle. There's still water on the kettle. The rooms smelled of stale cigarettes. We arrived here near to midnight so there wasn't time to look for another hotel. Addition edit. As I'm checking out, I'm wondering if I was too harsh or too critical. A budget hotel is a budget hotel after all. I should expect a 5 star experience. Maybe I should change my review? Nope. Everything still holds and I won't edit anything.
