::Today I had an experience with tbm klang lama. I went to see home theatre from Sony. Almost done with the deal, where I said I will take the delivery, but requested a person got installation .. initial time they were fine and later they twisted their Tongue saying you will be charged 80 rm which they never mentioned... when I was negotiating to get delivery as normal they completely refused. And later they actually blunt and was telling me that they don’t want to sell the home theatre... i don’t know if the person who handled had problem or what ... because of their twisted tongue I got to drop the plan to buy from there ... really not satisfied the way they handled the deal... no regrets

::Good service. Very competitive prices if inquiries of discounts are made. Carries a wide variety brands (store isn't big enough to display but they will check their stock database if they carry a particular brand/model if inquired). Only drawback is parking spots can be a hassle if it's too packed.
