  Lousy Lousy Lousy Service...don’t even know about free sjora on Wednesday..have to wait 5 min for a burger..Fast food???

  Visited the seletar mall outlet today at 12.30pm. It was not crowded so I decided to buy 2 takeaway set meals for lunch. The outlet manager serving me was busy talking to his staff and taking my orders at the same time. To my horror, when I check my orders, the orders was all wrong. When pointed out to him, he started blaming me for not ordering correctly. The service shown by the manager is so poor and he doesn't seem motivated to work. I suggest Texas chicken start looking into their staff attitude and service towards customers before they loose them.

  This is like the worst outlet ever!! I love ztexas Chicken but the staff's incompetency is unbelievable!!! 1st time I bought extra 2 biscuits which they charged and when I got home they didn't put it!! Then today I paid $3.3 for the extra Habanero chicken and when I got back they cheated me out of it because it is not there!!

  I have had a very bad experience at Texas Chicken@Seletar yesterday for dinner. The promotion for Wed is a free meal of mashed potatoes, drinks and buscuit was displayed at the Cashier cash register. However upon making payment by nets, the lady cashier in the middle counter did not give me the due meal and I bought thr Korean Chicken Combo that cost me $10.20 plus a class burger ala carte with Sijora mango drink. She also took so long to serve me behind the counter in the kitchen, pretending to take the korean cchickenschickens when the
