::Ok so not onky is it rediculously complicated to find this theater in the mall, but the staff must hate their jobs. Went to the counter and asked for 2 tickets for the movie at 2:45. I repeated and stressed 2:45 and the young guy said sure okay. He brought up the seat selection and asked again if it was 2:45 and another yes. I chose my seats and went to see the movie, wait... What?! Why does my ticket say 3:45? I went to exchange it and now the seats are sold out and I said thats not fair since i know they werent sold out when I bought the tickets, that is why i wanted those tickets. He said they were coupoes seats... I replied perfect, my wife and I wouod have enjoyed that. He smiled and said no seats sold out. I was going nowhere with this guy, i tried being nice since ive worked at theaters but I guess TGV has different values on customers. Then after waiting an hour, we went into the theater. The bright lights stayed on until about 5 minutes into the film. Finally someone went to the desk to tell them its ruining the movie. What an aweful experience. Spemd the extra cash and go to a different theater.

::Newly renovated cinema, almost all the time house full for famous movies. Twice it happens to me that hall lights suddenly turned on during the show. Tips: Do buy your seats in advance via web portal or mobile app as it can be very frustrating when you need to find a parking & get up to the top floor of tgv only to find out that it's a house full :D

::It has good environment BUT the worker here didn’t let me buy tickets with student price even though I showed her my IC. Students should be treated like this. I was born in 2001 this year I’m 16 and you think I’m not a student? HOWEVER, this cinema’s ticket costs so much higher than the other tgv cinemas. I can watch the same movie at different cinemas in RM12 but here I need to pay RM17. This is not reasonable :)

::Only 2 elevators are going to this cinema (Level 6) so you have to locate the right elevators. I prefer this cinema since it is way less crowded than any other cinemas in KL.

::The movie sound system etc was okay. HOWEVER, my personal experience with one of the assistant manager was bad.We went in the hall way 5 minutes earlier than the time, no one was at the front desk, we assumed we may need to walk further up. As that was our first time being there, we didn't realise we have to wait outside. He called from behind with rude communication. Sarcastly saying "how can you don't know you have to wait outside??" He even walked away while we were talking. You need to learn to respect other people young man, especially your customers!! This will be my last visit here. Did he say sorry? Nope!! Not at all. He just defend himself after we met him outside. Not recommended.
