::This is the Japan foundation library. Located at level 18 at northpoint tower B. Register with the srcurity guard with and ID and take the lift. Thr library is clean and plenty of books, quiet and nice place for reading. Everyone is welcome in with no charges. Only thing is members gets to borrow books home, non member cannot. Membership fees need to be renewed annually. No dvds are available to borrow here.
