  High-end Spa. Certainly one of the very best places in KL to get pampered in style.

  Good Spa. Very relaxing but very expensive. I prefer to get outcall service from outsource which is cheaper.

  Particularly disappointed with appointment time mixed up that I couldn't take my mother for her 70th birthday celebration. This is a special trip that I flew over 20 hours home for her birthday celebration and treatment. Lucky, that I decide to call and check again and realize they had us set for a much earlier time which makes us unable to get there for treatment. It's a huge difference in miss communication for an appointment request for 3.30pm and being heard set an appointment for 2pm even if the conversation was misheard.

  It is worth it. The best and most comfortable spa in KL. Great therapists​, quiet, calm, relaxing, excellent and comfortable equipment in one of the best hotels in KL.

  Little expensive, but it's worth to pay.
