::Serve customer with appointment at their appointment time! My appointment was @ 8 am. Arrived @7:55am. Not been served until 8:25am. 10 other customers that came later was already served. Then when asked what are the compulsory service, keep on asking to change the transmission oil which is not listed in the apps. Even show in service booklet (which shows I - inspect, not R - replace). I look at the service cards on his table and show that it's not listed. Giving excuses that it's for Japan which have different weather. But the cards clearly shows it's Toyota Malaysia! When pressed harder only admit that it is only recommended and will not void warranty if not changed. Unacceptable way of trying to deceive customer!!! Will NOT return to this service center!!!

::Service centre here is the best service ! But front line sale girl (name call Kelly) very not friendly at all, ask for wifi password error problem, tell me go to the wall find password it self... don't want help me to solve problem and continue to look her handphone! Finally I need back behind ask for service advisor help me to solve! Thank you so much

::One of the best Toyota service centres in town. Truthful and did not try to con you into changing parts that were not required to change yet. Yes, some centres will do that so that the service consultant can earn commissions on the parts. Definitely recommended to all Toyota owners.
