::Since I bought my car, I have always serviced it here. But when my bearings failed, Tropical Impact didn't help me to claim warranty. They said the warranty for bearings is only 1 year or 10,000km. Later on I found out from other owners and other service centers that the warranty for bearings is 3 years (my car is only 2 years old). Also, at one of my services, they tried to get me to service my aircond which was not stated in the service booklet at all. They like to get customers to pay for extra things that are not necessary, for example - wheel alignment and balancing. Even though I let them realign my wheels, they didn't notice that my front tires were wearing out unevenly. I went to another service center and they spotted the issue and informed me. But just a month before this, when Tropical Impact replaced my bearings, I asked them if my tires were ok, and they just said ok. It seems like they didn't really inspect them properly. I give this place 2 stars just because the lounge is comfortable and they provide free drinks and a free car wash when you bring your car in for servicing. But everything else is disappointing.

::Very good and helpful staff .There one female staff was so helpful she also explain to me about the service schedule very clearly she also very honest about the price and she suggest me what engine oil I should use according to place I go and my car mileage .

::Very comfortable and fast service. They ask for 1hour and 30 minute for normal service but my car already done less than 1 hour. But make sure make appointments first because even you come first but did not make appointments it's useless.

::A good place if you want to service your car. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The lodging was comfortable and there a free drink for a customer. Also there are wifi and tv.

::This service center reception gave me a super bad impression for them. FACT1: BAD SA REACTION Their sales advisors aren't responsive towards their visiting customers. They SA tend to sit at their position, only react to customers when we approach them. FACT2: NEARLY LOST CUSTOMER's SERVICE BOOKLET They nearly lost my car's service and maintenance booklet. Firstly, they gave me a booklet of the other customer. When I suspect difference with mine, I tend to return it to them and ask for mine. However, they cant immediately found mine and hence, they returned mine to me few days later. THEY DON'T EVEN CONTACT ME WHEN THEY FOUND MINE!!! I need to approach them before they gave it back to me. Interesting huh. Never advised to try the service center unless you have no choice but to go to the nearest. Nice to look at from the outside, vice versa in the inside, unfortunately.
