::Service only available through appointment. Called for appointment and the one on the phone was rude, turned out it's the doctor herself. Place has cat /urine smell, and was badly lit. Doctor is unfriendly with animals, made me wonder why would she be a vet in the first place if she hates animal. My cat died from hepatitis and they didn't have the courtesy to call to inform. Other vet would've called to discuss the course of treatment, whether we would opt for resuscitation whatsoever if the animal is not coping. Tried calling them but no response, so we drove there to check on him and they indifferently say "oh it's dead, maybe in the morning" (oh dah mati, pagi tadi kot), and then hand the cat in a filmsy plastic bag. I don't blame them for lack of resources that directly affect the patient's care, but definitely need to improve on courtesy. Budi bahasa budaya kita.
