  It's very good tower, closer to twin towers and minara tower, just walking distance. Good security and good view of City.

  Secure, Nice and clean flats and near to all shoping area and the klcc tower only there is a lot of noise as the tower near a bissy road

  Kitchen sink was clogged. Cannot use at all and there is no action taken from management. Need to pay in order to use the swimming pool. My husband mistakenly park at visitor and when he asked the parking guy nicely whether he can use the parking facility instead, the chinese guy gave very rude answer and look suspiciously at my husband. That guy should be sack! When people ask you politely, even though it cant be done, or it is against your policy (which of course we dont know) please answer politely. We use your service, we are your customer! So frustrated. Definitely my first and last experience here. However, the malay lady and the guard was helpful. On the positive side, you can see nice KL's view from the building.

  Booked via booking. Com . Room was advertised as 3 bedroom where as it had 2 bedroom and extra bed . Was very disappointed stayed there for 7 nights . Floors were dirty and were never swept , bathrooms were dirty and mouldy. Also was advertised as free parking and swimming pool where as you have to pay money for both facilities.

  Very near KLCC, next to Menara Prudential, near hot spot areas at Jalan P. Ramle (all within walking distance).Across the road is Shangrila Hotel and close view of KL Tower.
