  Volkswagen Bangsar have supplied 3 of my VW’s, starting off with a Golf GTI in 2010. This was then traded in for a Golf R. My next acquisition was a Polo GTI (for the Missus) in 2012. Sales staff there are professional and have been very helpful with test drives, arranging loans and any follow-ups. I have been very fortunate to have driven fine cars like BMW’s & Mercedes in the past but my current VW’s are just fun to drive everyday.

  Car Model Passat 2014 gear box faulty. Sent to Volkswagen agent at Penchala. The car is under warranty. It almost two weeks the car at the service centre. According the the service representative waiting for approval. Does it take two weeks to approve? When will the car be ready? Disappointed with service provided. There is no response for the Service Centre Representative. When will I get the car back????.
