::Good shop to rent a bicycle. I paid 8 bucks in cash for an hr and the person threw in an extra hr "for free". 2 hrs gave me ample time to visit serangoon island and loop all the way back at a medium-fast pace. You could do it at medium-slow or low-fast pace though.
