  I love this place. They have a pool, and unlike what a lot of people say on reviews, they did give us an upgrade, and access to the executive lounge. The breakfast was the usual, mid quality ingredients, insanely good coffee and a wide selection of food. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Especially our cleaning guy, whose name I unfortunately already forgot :(

  Service was great, the staff was helpful and the place was impeccably clean. The ballroom was a bit small and the elevator wait time was rather slow. Despite that the decor and feel of the place was amazing. The toilets were clean and dry too.

  Very convenient location for KL down town. Everything is walking distance. View from executive lounge of Petronas Twin Towers is breathtaking! Staff is customer friendly . Upgraded the room. Buffet breakfast was one of the best in the world & not expensive. The place is huge. Malay, Western & Indian with live station for all cuisine. It is admirable how efficiently they manage the whole scene.

  This hotel is a gem! We stayed here for 5 nights for a family trip and the hotel was very accommodating of our requests. Breakfast had a lot of varieties, and as a vegetarian, we had a lot of options to choose from (especially from the Indian section). The staff in the executive lounge were also wonderful, props especially for Jini! There was a salt water swimming pool too, which makes it easier for children to float! We can't wait to be back here!

  Very good hotel. Big nice clean room. Nice swimming pool. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties. Easy to get taxis as it's always available outside the hotel. The only cons is the hotel is located in a very busy & jammed place most of the time.
